If you feel like…
You’re caught in an endless tug-of-war. On one side, there’s a deep self-awareness—you see the patterns, recognize the triggers, and understand what’s holding you back. On the other side, following through feels impossible, as if an invisible force keeps pulling you off track. Perfectionism and procrastination seem to take turns running the show, leaving you feeling stuck and exhausted.
You pride yourself on being smart, maybe even an intellectual, yet it feels like you’re spinning your wheels. That lingering sense of shame and worthlessness reappears no matter how much progress you think you’ve made. Trauma from the past seems to have built a cage around your potential, keeping you from truly moving forward. It’s hard not to wonder—is this all there is to life?
Here’s how I can help…
The journey to healing is best traveled together, not alone. The pain you feel comes from deeply rooted beliefs, but here’s the truth—beliefs can change. Together, we’ll work to rewrite the narrative that has kept you trapped for so long.
Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Psychology, and EMDR, we’ll uncover the patterns and experiences that have shaped your thinking. We’ll challenge the shame, address the trauma, and create space for you to feel genuinely good about yourself and your future.
You don’t have to keep fighting this battle alone. Let’s work together to break the cycle and help you step into the life you deserve. Your better self is waiting, and I’d be honored to walk this path with you.

If you feel like…
It’s like a never-ending treadmill, these racing thoughts. Every time I try to slow down, I’m right back at full speed, lost in memories I can’t escape. I don’t know if tonight will be any different, but I just wish I could sleep without my mind running through everything again.
Every day is harder than the last, flashback after flashback until I’m exhausted. I try not to think about it, but the questions are always there, pulling me under. Why doesn’t he love me? How could he do that? Am I ever enough for anyone? I feel like I’m sinking in an ocean of pain, trying to keep my head above water.
And tomorrow—tomorrow, I have to see people and pretend like it’s all okay. The thought alone makes me anxious. I wish I could just escape it all, even for a day. Maybe I’ll try going to the gym in the morning, though it’s hard to feel like it matters anymore. And then there’s my mom—why couldn’t I have been enough for her? Why didn’t she see me?
Most days, I feel invisible, even in a house full of people. I try to be proud of my daughter, to show her that she matters, but I feel like I’m failing her too. I just want to be the mother I never had. And yet here I am, still feeling so alone.
Here’s how I can help…
I want you to know: it doesn’t have to feel this way forever. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I understand how overwhelming these feelings are, and together, we can work through them one step at a time.
My approach is centered on compassion and empathy, creating a safe space where you can unpack the weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll work on practical tools for managing anxiety and building self-worth and address the painful experiences that still hold you back. Change is possible, and with support, you can begin to see a path forward—to feel empowered, to find peace, and to reconnect with the parts of you that deserve healing.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Call today and let’s walk this path together

Have you ever found yourself asking..
“Why do I keep ending up here?” Maybe anxiety keeps your mind racing, relationships seem to follow the same frustrating patterns, or you’re constantly questioning yourself despite doing everything you can to get it right. You might feel like you’ve tried to move forward, yet something keeps pulling you back into the same thoughts, emotions, or behaviors.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
One of the things I’ve learned, both as a therapist and as a person, is that people rarely do things “for no reason.” The ways we think, cope, and relate to others usually developed in response to our life experiences. What once helped us survive can eventually become the very thing that keeps us feeling stuck. I believe that understanding those patterns is one of the most powerful steps toward creating lasting change.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can be honest without worrying about being judged. I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make connections you may not have noticed before. Sometimes that means validating your experience. Other times, it means gently challenging the beliefs or patterns that are getting in your way. I believe growth happens when both compassion and accountability have a place in the room.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, emotion regulation difficulties, and questions surrounding identity and self-worth. I’m especially passionate about working with people who are curious about themselves and want to understand not only what they’re feeling, but why they’re feeling it.
My work is grounded in attachment-based therapy and trauma-informed care, and I integrate approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based interventions based on your individual needs. Rather than forcing every client into the same model, I believe therapy should be flexible enough to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
One of my favorite parts of this work is watching clients begin to see themselves with more understanding and less shame. There are moments in therapy when someone realizes that a behavior they’ve spent years criticizing actually developed for a reason. Those moments don’t erase the pain they’ve experienced, but they often change the way they relate to themselves. In my experience, meaningful change becomes much more possible when self-judgment begins to give way to self-understanding.
Outside of the therapy office, you’ll usually find me strength training, reading about psychology, philosophy, or personal growth, listening to music, or spending time with friends. I’m naturally curious, and I enjoy learning about what makes people who they are. That same curiosity is something I bring into every session.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time or you’ve had a disappointing experience in the past. My hope is that you’ll leave our sessions with a better understanding of yourself, greater confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, and the sense that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
I’d be honored to be part of that process.
